After-sales service:

In case of any manufacturing quality problem or fault during the quality assurance period, our company promises to make a service response within 2 hours and provide on-site maintenance service within 24 hours (with necessary instruments of production and maintenance materials).


Guarantee measures for timely supply of fittings:

After receiving calls from users, if there are goods in stock, we will make timely arrangements for delivery of goods, if there is no goods in stock, we will immediately process and manufacture goods in the shortest possible time to complete processing. All fittings will be charged at cost price based on the price of material.


Installation and training:

1) We are responsible for guiding the installation, running and commissioning of the equipment.

2) We can provide free technical operation training for the user before and during the installation and commissioning of the equipment, so that the buyer's technicians can master the operation of the equipment, ensure the normal running of the equipment and be more skilled in eliminating the minor failure of the equipment. And we can provide packages of training materials.
